Brisket & pork smoking class

Learn from an expert pitmaster how to properly trim, prepare, and smoke a brisket and pulled pork.

Location change: tonight's class is at the Cedar Hollow East building — not the Stake Center. Same time, new spot.

Friday · doubles bracket

Corn hole tournament

Teams of two, standard scoring, single elimination once the bracket starts. Grab a partner and get your name on a sheet.

  • ✓Sign up in person at the corn hole booth, 5:30 – 6:10 pm
  • ✓Write your team name in an open time slot on one of the five board sheets
  • ✓Doubles — teams of two, standard scoring rules

Sign-ups close at 6:10 pm. Your team has to be written on a board sheet before the preliminary round starts — there's no sign-up once play begins.

How it works

  1. 5:30 pmSign-ups open at the corn hole booth
  2. 6:10 pmPreliminary round — every team plays one 10-minute timed game, highest score wins
  3. 7:25 pmWinners bracket — all 16 game winners advance to a 16-team single-elimination bracket, March Madness style
  4. 8:15 pmChampionship final

Bracket rounds run on fixed times, so you'll know exactly when to head back to the boards. Final times are approximate and may shift slightly.

Before you climb or jump

Liability waiver

One form covers your whole family. Sign it ahead of time and skip the line at check-in.

Required for the rock climbing wall, inflatables, and Extreme Air jump. A parent or legal guardian must sign for any participating minor. Kids without a waiver on file can still enjoy everything else at the fair.
